But where it may get interesting is if the atv acts as a hub and your watch Is an extension, then you may be able to get contextual control of the atv and/or internet of things eg lights and tv come on when you enter a room, you can turn on your heating on the way home, you can unlock the door with it, you can airplay music right around the house, you can turn of the lights and electricity when it senses you go to bed etc etc
I wouldn’t be surprised if a new atv front end would resemble the icon layout on the iwatch, either, and you could navigate it with watch or phone. The current atv software is long overdue a rethink.

By moving your hand left-right and up-down you can navigate the menu, and by closing your hand into a fist you could disrupt the blood flow in the wrist enough to have it register as center button press. Play/pause, rewind, and fast forward buttons could be on the watch screen as well as a timeline to slide to a point in the video/song. For search boxes, you could use text recognition to draw out the letters on the watch screen instead of navigating to them, which is a pain.
