Kodi installed permanently without having to resign sideloaded versions…prevent the stupid “Update Now” popups that randomly show up even when you have auto update disabled.

Those 2 things alone are worth it.

In reply to Mark Holoubek. agreed. I think a large portion has to do with it only being accessible for early firmware. Perhaps if another jailbreak becomes available, we'll see more hacks and stuff. I've been on 9.1 waiting for a new jailbreak, but I'm losing patience and tempted to hit the update.
