Two web developers gave up after an hour. Our life was wasted. We will wait until Game of Thrones 7 is on Amazon. It’s worth waiting for rather than trying to figure out this stupid sign up with HBO. Good job guys for discouraging paying customers. You win — we lose.

Use your Mac and go to Google Play, you can access HBO NOW through their page. This should work but I do not own a Mac so if it doesn’t you may wish to ask Evan since he is also a Mac user. Be well.

It’s absurd that two years after this thing launched, it still requires a workaround like this. (And it’s not just PC users; I have a Mac and have to jump through the same hoops.) And even more absurd that we have to dig around in the comments even to learn the workaround exists.
