All updates are current but audio only goes to my amp as stereo 🙁  Via optical cable. Amp runs fine with my blueray player etc..

to all still having problems jailbreaking and running xbmc on the new appletv2, I had my working fine first with a tethered seasonpass jailbrake, then a non-thereted greenpoison, the both wont work right now, i was able to make it work again with a pwnage jailbreak using an old .iswp more details here https://iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=14059

Hi ,this is what worked for me , update the xbmc
1) https://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Update_XBMC_on_ATV2
after its going to tell you that nothing was change , dont worry , go to next step,

2) install NitoTv, https://www.dkszone.net/install-nitotv-jailbreak-app-apple-tv
inside NitoTv got o option “install software” , i think in one of the first options there is a update refering to xbmc, install it , Voila , mine is working perfect now, hope this works for u.

Anyone, please help!!! 🙁

Great, I found the solution myself!!!!
I will post here, maybe it will help someone else.
– Uninstalled the latest version of iTunes (I had also updated iTunes…)
– Installed a previous version (in my case 10.0
– Downloaded the original Apple TV 2 Firmware 4.2.1 (https://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=970)
– Restored my Apple TV 2 using the original firmware.
– Did the Jailbreak again using Greenpois0n 6.1
Done!!
