The box can sit under the telly, and at least serves a parallel purpose.

This didn’t happen.
So I got bored and I bought an Ouya. Despite the limits I like it and XBMC works for me. I get my emulators and games.

AndroidTV HW already exists, Ouya or FireTV or many Android Keys.
Just enable them (compatibility will be an issue)!
